Automation for small businesses

The parts of your business that should just run themselves.

I wire up the repetitive admin — booking, reminders, follow-ups, data entry — so it happens on its own. You keep doing the work only you can do.

Today, by handAutomated
"Can you fit me in Tues?" — reply manually
Copy the booking into the spreadsheet
Text a reminder the night before
Re-enter it into the calendar, again
✓ handled automatically
Booked. Confirmed.
Synced to the calendar.
Sound familiar?

You didn't start your business to become its data-entry clerk.

What I build

Automations built around how your business actually runs

No bloated software to learn. I connect the tools you already use, or set up simple ones, so the busywork disappears between them.

Booking & scheduling

Clients book open slots online. It lands on your calendar and you get notified — no back-and-forth texts.

Reminders & follow-ups

Confirmation texts, appointment reminders, and "haven't seen you in a while" nudges — sent on schedule, without you remembering to.

Lead capture

A website inquiry or DM turns straight into an organized lead list, so nobody who asks about your business falls through the cracks.

Keeping your tools in sync

Your calendar, spreadsheet, invoicing, and inbox stop needing to be updated by hand in four different places.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish

No lengthy onboarding — a clear, simple path from call to working automation.

01

A 20-minute call

You describe the task that eats your time. I figure out exactly what can be automated — usually more than people expect.

02

I build it

Set up and tested against your real workflow before it ever touches a real client or booking.

03

It runs, quietly

A short walkthrough, then it just works in the background. I'm on hand if anything needs adjusting.

Why work with me

Straightforward, on purpose

You talk to the person building it

No account managers, no hand-offs. Whoever sets it up is who you reach when something needs changing.

Tools you can see, not a black box

Everything is built on tools you can log into and look at — nothing proprietary you'd be stuck with.

No long-term contract

If it's not saving you real time, you're not locked into anything.

Adjustments are part of the deal

Tweaks based on how it's actually being used aren't a separate line item — they're included.

Who's behind this

Hi, I'm Nima

I spend my days helping people who aren't tech experts get their technology working the way it should — that's genuinely the day job. Kestrel grew out of noticing the same pattern everywhere: small business owners doing, by hand, exactly the kind of repetitive work computers are good at handling quietly in the background.

I build every automation myself, test it against how you actually work, and stick around after it's live. No support queue, no hand-offs — just the person who built it.

Get in touch

Tell me what's eating your time

A couple of sentences is plenty. If it's automatable — and it usually is — I'll tell you honestly, and what it'd take.
